Detective uses no login — each install gets an anonymous device account, and your search history and photos stay on your device. You can delete everything in the app any time via Account → Delete my data, which erases your on-device history and photos and removes the anonymous account (subscription status and credits) tied to your device.
To request deletion of any data held on our side, submit the form below. We delete the associated account record and confirm within 30 days.
What we hold: an anonymous device identifier with your subscription/credit status. We do not store your photos or search history on our servers — a searched photo is sent to the search provider only at search time and deleted from our side right after. We do not build identity profiles or sell data.

A Pro subscription (weekly or monthly) unlocks full results and includes search credits. Each search uses one credit. If you run out, you can buy a credit pack. Manage or cancel anytime from your store subscriptions.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and manage Detective there. iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
